Charged at £50-00 p/h, with a £50-00 call-out-charge applicable to same-day service.

- Web Design, Graphic Design, e-commerce, search engine & commercial services

Web-design is charged per-page, depending on content. HTML pages, including images and text are usually charged at between £150-00 and £300-00 per page.
If Flash(tm) or other media content are required, this fee increases, but is negotiable dependiing on the extent and complexity of the media involved.
Our Graphic design / corporate identity services range in cost according to complexity, but are generally charged at an hourly rate of £40-00 per hour. This can vary from £30-00 to £60-00 per hour; we are open to negotiation, and in some cases actually enjoy it :-)
Search engine submission and promotion costs depend on the time period involved. A three-month promotional programme costs around £800-00 to £1000-00 for an average site. This can change depending on the number of pages.

- Maintenance contracts (Support contracts on a monthly basis)

Maintenance / support contracts are charged at between £150-00 and £1000-00 per month, depending on service level required. The basic package consists of same or next day support, monthly virus scans & updates, server maintenance & cleanup, spyware checks and removal. There is also an hourly fee reduction to £40-00 per hour on support contracts of £250-00 per month or more.
Additional monthly services include (on higher specification contracts); realtime chat-client support, free phone support, printer maintenance, remote file backup and management, VPN support for instant maintenance response & more.
